Braces are an important investment and Drs. Farrow and Krob want to make your decision to receive orthodontic care work within your budget. Financial considerations should not be a barrier to obtaining a healthy beautiful smile. The cost of treatment depends on the severity and length of time involved in correcting the orthodontic problem.
To fit the needs of our patients, financial arrangement can be made to extend your payments over a period of months, following an appropriate down payment. Payments are due each month, regardless of when appointments are scheduled. Methods of payment include the following: cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express.
For your convenience, we offer a variety of orthodontic payment options to suit different budgets:
Cash Discount Option
If full payment is made at or before the onset of treatment, we will offer a fee discount.
Automatic Credit Card Debit
Monthly payments will automatically be charged to your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please provide us with your card information at your first appointment.
Automatic Bank Draft
Set up your monthly payment to be automatically drawn on an agreed upon date each month from your checking or savings account. Please provide us with a voided check or deposit slip at your first appointment.
Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit aside from regular dental insurance. If you have orthodontic insurance benefits, we will help you to determine the coverage you have available. Please remember, insurance coverage is just an estimate of benefits, and not a guarantee. We ask that you assign your insurance benefit to us. The balance will be arranged for you to pay with one of our finance options. If during the course of treatment, your insurance benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is responsible to the doctor. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf. Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits.
To help us with your insurance matters, please make sure the insurance questionnaire is complete and accurate.
